Hello, David.
It'd be great to read your Battle of the flagships updated with Abyss 1266, Audeze LCD4 & Hifiman HE1000 & new amplifiers like Moon neo 430HA, Viva Egoista, Woo monophonic amplifier....
Headphones world has changed so fast & you did THE BEST HEADPHONES REVIEW EVER!!!

While I love high end TOTL gear being reviewed I would Say id be far more interested to see David add mid-fi HPs like the HE-560 or the Audeze EL-8.
The reason is that the price on things like the HE-1000 or LCD-4 is something that is hard to justify, even in this site.

I think the battle of the flagships is for hi-end TOTL gear.
David incluided Stax 009 with BHSE, Sennheiser Orpheus... very expensive combos but they sound great and could be compared to Abyss with Moon 430HA....

Well as you can see there are many Mid-Fi headphones in this comparison too.

Oh wow, looks like he still has his 2003 MDR-R10.  I hope he still has this for sale in... a few years lol, and I hope the biocellulose material isn't rotted by then.

That's what happens when you use offsite image servers like Photobucket. The images randomly disappear eventually.

As I explained, it's because an offsite image server was used. The images randomly disappear with these types of sites.
