Like macedoniahero said and also consider the HE-500 beside the LCD2 & PS500.
ok will try he500, but I think it's not available here in our country.

I'm glad you found your headphones! In the end, that's what its all about.
I would go with the LCD-2s. They are much better than the other headphones you've mentioned here (especially for your musical preferences).
thank you very much. So I should put on a budget and hold my horses first! LCD should be the priority here!

As far as $700 headphones go, the he500 is exemplary, and the grado ps500 is ...
Well, p.o.s.500.

Just my opinion, having owned the grado and currently owning the he500.

Can the HE 500 compete with the LCD 3?

In some ways. Presence, tonal balance, and prat of the he500 are excellent.
And imaging is above average.
The lcd-3 destroys it in treble smoothness, bass depth and texture. Lcd-3 has more timbral realism, but to my ears sounds a touch 2-D in terms of imaging and holography. Regardless of amp and source.
Lcd-3 is still probably my pick for a musical listening experience.
But he-500 gets you 90% there for about a third the cost....

Try both the Audeze and the Hifiman (HE500) both with return privilege and keep the one you like I'd say.

ok then will audition the he500 and ps500, because lcd2 is excellent phone for me because I heard it already.

I think Head-Direct will ship to your country, try emailing them.
ok will try emailing them. Probably the cost of shipment will not be to much. Because I've heard also good reviews with he500. How was it compare to ps500?

Those are pretty harsh comments, i guess that's the risk was taking, speaking good about the PS1000 out of the shelter of the Grado fanclub.

For my part, i think that the LCD2/3, HD800, T1, and HE500 are all very good sounding headphones, i just happend to prefer the PS1000.

And speaking of high price of admission, i feel the same way about the Stax 007/9, they're good, but overpriced., especially when you consider that they need a dedicated headphone amp.

The PS1000 on the other hand could sing even if they were plugged directly in a canary's butt.

Auditioned PS1000 a few times, but they always seemed to have 'over-presence' of slightly bloated bass. Otherwise it is such a great can!
Does PS500 have the same bass problem?

How's HE-500's soundstage and air-ness compared to HE-400?

I always wanted to add this, but I don't think I'm going to.  I'm going to be finalizing the review shortly.  Can't afford anymore haha...
Haven't heard this one either :)

A good idea could be to sell older lesser stuff and focus of new good things that are about to come.

I wish HiFiMan made an affordable phone better than HD-800, LCD-2/3 and easier to drive than HE-6. This company is 'trending' really well now so fingers crossed!

Is there any information/gossip of new flagships about to come to the market in the near future (from any brand)?

U forget the bigger brother of the he6..thats a better comparision to the lcd3 and still almost half the price...and i heard a rumor hifiman is working on a new improved version of the jade. That will be something special...
