These used babies came in today... poor things have no idea what they have in store for them

The Frankenstein bass monster, just like doctor Hawaiibadboy suggested and MAN do they feel so much better. Just got my sz2k's for about 3 days now and would not have thought a simple earpad change would make such a difference. My ears thank you all... sadly my wallet cannot.

Those of you who have had experience with Massdrop: Will the X00's make a re-appearance there (or anywhere) at that same price-point? If you had the option of either the X00's or the Taction Kannons - which would you choose? Both are scarce on the ground right now so this is an iffy question, I know.

I have same doubt about this ones  J.V.C HA-SZ2000 & Taction KANNON, HPH Yamaha Pro 500, V-MODA Crossfade M-100, Monster Beats DETOX Pro ...meaby the best one for me is the JVC is the best basshead sound.. but I use like 3 hour per day so,, I am not sure if they are confortable or not.. really I am very newbie. Also I am looking to use with a btune bluetooth reciver some time.. I dont know it I could remove the cable.
The Yamaha one is like more lighter, and the V-Moda is selling in Spanish Amazon so I dont need pay customs.

Someone can give a idea...

@Hawaiibadboy thanks for the paper test is really nice and helpfull.

If portability is a factor then get the v-moda. When they are folded up in their case they fit in my hoodie pocket. For home use I'd go with the jvc, unless you don't mind waiting until the taction's come out. No matter which way you go you'll need an amp to get real basshead levels. But all those you listed are decent without an amp.

As far as comfort, the v-moda is comfortable but the jvc with brainwavez pads is more so because the cups swivel.

The JVC with the brainwavz pads are pretty huge. I personally use the memory foam Brainwavz.

You get maximum raw impact with the JVC HA-M55X pads but the sound is so sweet with the Brainwavz.

Even the M55X themselves sound pretty good with the Brainwavz memory foams!

ok, for the JVC to use 3 hour per day which should pads I choose Brainwavz memory foams or some other more comfortable?  My amp is a portable one.. fioo E18 and I can not buy another one at the moment.
Your e18 will be just fine. Another thing I forgot to mention if you're considering a portable headphone is the company's warranty policy. If you're getting them from amazon you could also get their accidental coverage for additional piece of mind.
