.

And the Beats headphones failing doesn't surprise me. I think those are the most overhyped pair of cans ever to exist

Senn and AKG among others would love to be so overhyped.

HBB I think the senns and AKG only fail to a basshead. Cause you know, practically non existent sub bass. no texture, very little body.

They are k for watching movies and stuff, but seriously. I prefer way more bass in my songs, and a very good punch.

 Pardon the interruption...intentional OT

Japan has 5 seasons. Winter, Spring, Summer, Broiler and Fall

Not joking. Most folks including Japanese talk about the 5th season. It starts around July 21 and runs to August 26th..ish.
I am from Hawaii and traveled to Vegas often (it's where Hawaii people go to chill and enjoy)  in 112 degree heat and they are nothing like this oven. So I'm doing my water sports. The thread will get injected with new reviews and the like after the Broiler has switched off

I've been to Vegas in the summer, certainly not any fun. I live in Florida, which is basically two seasons, summer and extreme summer. It's beautiful for about 3 months and hot as hell for the other 9. Big adjustment moving here from NY. I can't imagine anything being worse than Vegas in the summer. Japan sounds like torture. Hide Yo kids, hide Yo wife!!!

As someone who has lived in both FL and NY I can also attest to this. FL is good late November into early-mid January. The rest of the year it is hot as...well, you know. But, what most people don't know is that it gets just as hot in NY, with just as much humidity as FL, during the summer months.

Vegas, that place is too hot for me, yuck. At least there isn't much humidity.

I decided to get the E12 over the Cayin because of the build quality and battery. Also heard that it has better vocals. I have to say this is like night and day when compared to the E11. My headphones sound completely different. No distortion at all. Had some with the E11. Loving the sound signature of the Master Tracks with this amp. Will definitely do a bass test

Ordered a pair of TH-600 because they seem to be the best compromise between bass slam, sound quality, and price.

I hope I made the right decision.

They are awesome man. They're a can that needs a fair amount of time to burn in. The highs tame a bit and the slam actually gets even deeper. I probably have 150 hours or so on mine now and they're pretty glorious.

I bought my TH600 looking for the same things you mention and it was the right decision for me.
