How are the atlus? I've been eyeing them myself..'

They're alright. They sound pretty good for the price, but don't expect too much. The isolation is atrocious however..

Nice seeing the Brainwavz M3 get some love around here. The M3 is one of my favorite IEMs of all time.. . Beautiful sounding IEMs that still impress me to this very day even after owning some pretty good ones.. . I always keep it with me..

Thanks, I thought that maybe my lack of experience made me think that they were underrated, but i´m glad that i´m not the only one that think they are really good. It´s a shame that the cable is pretty much dead, but I think that i´m going to send them to a guy, to recable them, I don´t want to lose´em. They are pretty good all-.arounders.

Zach over at ZMF Headphones. Great guy!

Thanks for the info Joe. I checked the site and did not find any recable service. I would like to send my cans for recabling, too. I wonder how should I do that. Appreciate any advice. Thanks.

They seem to have removed the page from their site. The old link was http://www.zmfheadphones.com/recabled-mh1

color]] xb60ex I got on sale for $40 and rockbox clip zip in altoids like tin.  That's about as portable as you can get without going with bluetooth headphones and a smartphone.

The only two setups I currently use. I kind of started over on my headfi journey :p (although I still use my dragonfly 1.2 dac/amp and iphone 5s, but that's over $200
Hope to upgrade the iems, then hopefully the mp3 player :D

Nice! How do they pair up? Will you be installing rockbox?

I already have rockbox on it.   The sound is very nice at least in my humble opinion.   These are the best iems I've bought so far.  I just wanted something that didn't cost too much and would last me a long time so going with sony was a no brainer.  It always seems like iems and earbuds have a shelflife with me so can't justify spending too much.     I just took advantage of the $30 vpulse deal and I hope they can match the xb60ex at least.   I mostly listen to heavier rock, metal, and hip hop so these provide plenty of bass without being overpowering
