The back cover of the FF3 is slightly curved, outward.
I had to use some Kapton tape to pull the back loose. It appears to have been glued on - so I'll have to clean it up a bit, and then re-glue it.

Using my Brightech LightView Pro (floor-standing & lighted) Magnifying Glass, to look more closely at the FF3 housing and back cover - there's no obvious signs of glue residue to hold them together. So, maybe it is just held on magnetically.

Hello, is there something that can be done to improve fit in ear? I feel like I have to keep readjusting rw-3000 every 15 minutes to keep from feeling like they’ll fall out…into the sink while I’m washing dishes, to my horror, haha. Relatable or just my ears?
I find the 3000 to be a little small for my ears and movement tends to make them move around. Using a thicker foam can help (the issue decreased for me when I started using Fiio bass foams, for example). Putting a silicone ring onto the bud underneath the foam can also help.

Edit: there's also the more obvious solution proposed by @Kyonnie below. I forgot about them because I hate wings in my ears, but that's probably the best option if they work for you.

You can use something like this.IMG_20231205_232807.jpg
It's called antidrop silicon horns/wing IMG_20231205_232816.jpg
I used it alot in my earbuds that doesn't fit me securely

Is the weight of the cable pulling them out of place or is it the twist of the cable after the Y splitter? If weight, then use a small clip to attach the cable to your shirt so the weight of the cable is lessened. Could also adjust the chin slider up toward your chin which will help, that will tighten the cable and the buds will be more secure. If caused by the cable twist you can rotate the buds so the cable twist is neutral or slightly twisted to cause the rear edge of the bud to twist inward toward the ear Concha. That will help to lock the front of the bud into the Tragus / Antitragus. I hope that makes sense.

Edit: If the rear edge of the bud is rotated outward (away from the concha) you will have a loose fit. If the cable twist is doing that then fix the cable twist to neutral and then rotate the bud to neutral or slightly rotated so the rear edge of the bud is slightly inward toward the concha. Sorry, had to explain that better.

I love the RW 3000 and use them a lot, but I can only use them stem up and cable over ear. Then they have a pretty good position and won’t fall out of my ears.

I use over-ear way for all buds and have not noticed any drawbacks. So for me the way is more natural rather stem-down one.

Or, if you don't like the "wings" in your ears, you could use something like this:

And the sound is better !

Yeah, i find that silicon wings help preserve subbass but can increase/decreases soundstage depending on the earbuds, they also improve clarity and details, and they will also give you a more consistent and secure fit. Most earbuds don't fit me securely it's why I have a bunch of them. Wow, thank you all for the helpful ideas. Though I honestly thought the spoiler photo from @samandhi was going to be a halo brace.

I do believe cable weight is a factor, as @mt877 suggested. I’m using a 0.5m mmcx from xinhs that may be better suited for wrap around iem use. Is anyone aware of a lightweight alternative?

I was under the impression from a reply to a question I asked in this thread that flatheads couldn’t be worn this way. I couldn’t work out why at the time and just followed blindly, so thank you for reopening this possibility. Is there a trick to wearing them this way?

Looks like a can’t fail option. Does the wing sit under the foam? Can anyone point to a reputable store that sells these?
