New Dragonfly Black and Red Discussion
I'll be giving my just arrived Red a spin tomorrow on my iPhone 6 and MacBook Pro with my phones. I'll report back with my impressions. I have a DF 1.0 that I've gotten lots of enjoyment from and am pretty familiar with so I'm curious what, if any, improvements the latest and greatest provides.- ProleArtThreat

The Grado HF2--It's For Real
I think the silly bickering back and forth about complaining about the cosmetic defect is completely unproductive. Both sides have a legitimate argument. John and Todd are not forcing anyone to buy the F1 phones. In fact, Todd went out of his way to notify the pre-orders that they would have...- ProleArtThreat

Westone 3 Impressions Thread
I'm supposed to pick up mine from the local post office tomorrow morning. I'll be doing a comparison review against the phones I currently use, including the Sensas, Ety ER-4P/S, KSC-75, and my Grados. Is this model significantly different than the prototypes people heard in the past? Ray Samuels's review had me salivating from the get go. I'm just wondering if I should shelve any past expectations based on what people listened to before the final model.- ProleArtThreat

Any impressions on new Sensaphonics 2X-S with updated HF driver?
Has anyone confirmed with someone from Sensaphonics that they are using a new HF driver? I first got my Sensas in April of 2005. I got them replaced a few months later when the cable turned green, which they covered under my 1 year warranty. At the start of this year, my right earphone started...- ProleArtThreat

Audition of New Ultimate Ears Triple.fi-10 Pro
Thanks for the review. I'm also somewhat of an Ety fanatic. The ER-4S is able to surpass even my custom Sensaphonics in some regards, particularly in the upper midrange clarity and treble extension department. I'm sort of at a crossroad trying to decide if my next IEM will be the UE-10 Pro or a...- ProleArtThreat
