You could also go custom tips instead of a full blown custom IEM. Won’t get the opportunity to design your IEM, but depending on where you get yours from, it could be a more versatile option.
I don't think custom foam tips are really a thing? You can get custom silicone tips from a number of places that do custom IEMs (such as Custom Art, Snugs, Ambient Acoustics, just to name a few) though.

Custom silicone tip was what I was asking since universal comply foam tip’s deosn’t fit perfect for me. Do these company you named make custom tip for legend x?

Don’t have a Legend X, so I couldn’t tell you for sure. As far as I know, Custom Art will be able to do it if the IEM nozzle is the right size (I think it should be?), while the other two will probably ask you to send in your IEM to get the size right (if they don’t have a mold of it already)

Right, I forgot about the nozzle shape on the Empire Ears models.
He might have some luck with places that make a silicone mold around the entire IEM (like Snugs/Ambient does with the Andromeda) then, but probably not with Custom Art (since CA's tips just go on the nozzle).
