I hope "final update" doesn't mean ClieOS will cut down his involvement here at head-on.

I still have a few reviews that I have promised to post in the forum, probably in the next month or two. However, none of the IEM review will be updated in this thread any more. Instead, they will be posted individually. After that I am home free - will still be here but purely a reader. My passion for earphone remains strong, and I'll keep the review continues in my own corner of the web.

head-fi will be lonely without posts from ClieOS....
You should promote inearmatters.net more in your sig, if it's not against forum rule.

Best of luck ClieOS, you'll be missed here at head-fi.
I find your reviews and your list very insightful and always interesting.

On the other hand, your "corner of the web" has been bookmarked.
Cheers

Thanks.

I am making the basic ranking into a spreadsheet / database so I can update it easily, and you can find it at this Wiki entry, It is sync to the same list over at my blog so it will automatically update to the latest ranking even if I don't post/update review here any more.

ClieOS, how is the isolation on the BA-200? I think this will be my first HiFi IEM to get. Upgrading from the Klipsch S4s (ok clarity and muddy bass).

There are the:

EPH-100 (fit looks uncomfortable with those tips)
RE-400 (overall good, looks a bit wide)
Klipsch X10 (bad build quality, comfortable)
TDK BA-200 (overall good, sounds like Westone UM series, dual BA)
Rock-it R50 (look horrible, dual drivers)

I think i'll get the BA-200 if the isolation is good, although what do you suggest?

BA-200's isolation is okay, not particularly good or bad but better than S4.. It should be fine unless you are are in a very noisy factory or gun range. BA200 is the best sounding out of those you have listed, which is also one of the best in its price range.
