Everyone always post pics of their s500.
 

 
These were the black ones not the chrome/gunmetal shiny ones.  So I dremel sanded the surface and now it has a brushed metal look.  (porbably more like "scratched as *****" look lol)
 
has WS55 pads on them.  Want to try the S680 but that one guy just puts so much hype on them it always makes me not do it.  anyone try the s680?

Dude. Diggin the gunmetal/brushmetal look. 
 
Also, I pulled the trigger on the S680s (in part because he hyped em so much) that were posted in the deals discussion thread. I'll keep you posted when they arrive.

I wonder if you could buff those up nicely on a wheel...

Too much one man hype on the 680's for me as well, and its teetering on a "rude" hype...

Thanks, i got them on the FS forums, he didn't have a picture of them but he offered a deal for them and the mh1's i couldn't say no to (40 for both).  When I got them they were beat the eff up.  The gloss was chipping, scratches on the cup...I was sooo pissed.  So I tried to salvage them lol.  Let me know on the s680.  The red/black ones just look soooo nice.  Makes me want to get the red/black s400 just to match it haha.

I'd try but I think the plastic metal paint finish is thin as is.  Some parts are like a bronze color already so I don't want to risk it lol.
 
yeah it annoys me when people push cans to people too much.  Like I do want to try them but damn; some comments are just annoying.  
 
I'll probably just wait till i see a set on the FS forums.
