How is 14.8mm 32 ohm TI in wooden shells?
Well, I accidentally broke the voice coil of one of the drivers just after a brief listen. One of the shells was a bit too loose for the driver, so it fell off... I did not want to use glue until I finished the tuning so that was the cost. Luckily I have a spare pair of these drivers.
Actually, they sounded pretty good even without any tuning. But these shells have almost no ventilation - only 1 tiny vent hole at the back, so I will experiment by drilling additional holes.

Drill the holes carefully because you risk breaking the shells.

One of my favourite reviewers just released their take on FH-01:

Sure. I have a miniature bench drill for very precise drilling.

I managed to do that with a side cutter. You just carefully cut the plastic edges in small portions until the driver loosens up. 51wJ9nWqYEL._AC_UF894,1000_QL80_.jpg
Wow! Either you have very steady hands and are working very carefully, or you got lucky. 👍
I tried that transplant/opening two times and both drivers died in the process.
So I would advise against trying to do that. Instead buy drivers without the driver cover if you want to use a custom or specific driver cover. Not all drivers come in the naked option though...

Hey people, i need a 2.5 male to 4.4 female adapter.
What is better to take - a solid adapter like the NiceHCK, or a small 10 cm adapter cable (these are available at Ivipq or Openheart) ?
I got the cabled ones from Openheart

As an owner of SMG and TGXears Totem and listened to Serratus, Sunniva and DS in the past, i'd say it's comparable. Like, it's behind Totem for sure. Tonality wise, warmer, more balance than Serratus, though not as big of stage.

Fond memories of the OG Red Serratus and I hated having to sell them off. I'll take a look at my options. Currently using Monk+ and Shozy BK SE with a bit of @AsciiJC spice.
