Pro 900 Owner here. They are my first set of Ultrasones and actually closed cans. I absolutely love them. I listen to Hip Hop, EDM( Glitch Mob, Cutline, Skrillex, Magnetic Man, etc), and Les Claypool, Tool, Toadies. I drive them with a Audio-Gd NFb12 and a UDAC2 when on the go. I will be sticking with Ultrasone for awhile. Id really like to see if the pads from the new signature series will be my pro 900s. That would be excellent.

Man, prices aren't what they used to be. Only a year ago I bought my Pro 2500 for $200 NEW from buyauthorized on eBay!!

And I hate how expensive the Pro 2900 are when the 900 can be had for so much less! Otherwise I might have one by now.

before the pro 2900 released.. ive had the pro 900 and pro 2500,, and between the two i cant decide which is better,, because each has its own strength and weakness,, but in the end i'm keeping the pro 2500 because i like the tonality better... but only after the pro 2900 arrived,, i immediately sold my pro 2500 and never looked back..

anyway,, ive seen in the other thread that someone posted that he got the pro 2900 for $400~ from moon audio and can be had less from other website..  i think thats a good bargain,, since ive got myself in used condition for $380 sometimes ago...

Boy the prices on these...I guess I got a great deal on my nearly new 2500's ( 10 hours total use ) by the looks of it.
Incidentally I noticed there's a set of them in the For Sale section for a reasonable price right now ( think it's still there anyhow).  A heads-up just in case anyones curious. They won't come up if you use the search box because they were spelled " Ultrsohn "  ( no not a friend of mine :) or anyone I know )

Just got a set of DJ1's to try out for a bit before I decide if I want to keep them.  So far lovin the sound but Im not a huge fan of the headband comfortwise.  Has anyone done any mods to the headband to make them more comfortable or maybe even swapped the headband with a different pair of headphones all together?

I'm coming up on a year of ownership with my Pro 750s and I still love them as much as I did the day I purchased them.  So much so, that I have sold almost everything else I'd owned because they never got any use (including my HD600s).
