how come its only 50% claimed even after so much time....I think it is a good deal...how come its not sold out sooner? did everyone max out their credit cards?

Yes it's the lowest price it's ever been on amazon, a good deal indeed. I'm not buying it just because I already have the hd25 1-II, which is pretty similar. I think people were expecting a lower price since the V-80 version was on sale for $140.

This Earsonics SM3 V2 is back on Amazon for $299 which is a good deal compared to other places that sale them.

Its the same headphone, just branded differently....the expectation of it being significantly cheaper is irrational. I unfortunately have no money for them

They also have the SM1 V2 for only $149 and don't let the 1 fool you because they have a dual BA like the TWFK though I don't think thats what they use.

Umm speaking as someone who owns both those two headphones sound nothing alike.

Agreed completely. ^

And yes it's worth grabbing a pair if you want another sound. Less bass, more mids, than the HD IMO.

Hey guys... I feel a real sense of self control and a resurgence of self-determinism. I had both the white and black m80 in my cart and was able to refrain from pressing that little express checkout button on the right... Im an oak.

I know I'll thank myself later

My apologies, I read that on a review, but I've never listened to the v-moda's personally. In your opinion, is it worth getting them if I already have the HD25 1-II?

Depends what you're looking for. Like I said it's a completely different headphone. My review can be found HERE

Not really $119, actually $199 on the link you provided (for AF78). The cheaper Audiofly phones (AF56) are $109.

You're probably looking at the non-mic version. Click below the price where it says "with Microphone" and there will be a lightning deal link on the right side of the page where you would normally add it to your cart.

Here's that link: http://www.amazon.com/b/?_encoding=UTF8&ie=UTF8&node=1288710011

Click the right arrow until you see the AF78...

The AF56 were ~$53 on black friday on amazon. I snagged a pair of those.

Yes...it is $119 during the lightning deal going on right now.

Anyone have these?  Are they a bargain at that price?

I have both and I slightly prefer the HD25 1 it is very close, however.
