I have both, the Klipsch Reference S4i and the Monoprice 8320. The Monoprice are way better, the Klipsch have midrange bass which I personally dislike a lot.

While it's true that the Klipsch has bass that extends into the mids, I personally found the Monoprice to be lacking in everything except mids. Might be that I can't find any tips to compliment the gigantic housing...and until it, it sits in my drawer as one very unused IEM. I would much prefer the Philips 3580 over it any day. I actually prefer the philips over the klipsch too, due to the neutral sound of it. But the klipsch does have better bass.

This is what you need to improve the fit and isolation on the 8320's.

I just picked up the DR-701IP from the Staples in Hawthorne, Ca (next to Costco) for $40.  They had these little foamboard things for them, I grabbed one, gave it them, they went in back and brought out the cans.  There was another foamboard out when I left, so that store should have one pair left.

Took a quick listen, not broken in but they sound good, especially for $40.

Two Staples on Long Island didn't have the headphones on the display. They only had lower end Sony's in the $20.00 range.

Did you ask them?
I had to ask for them, they were keeping them in the back stockroom, so an employee had to go find them.
If you call, they will probably tell you if they have them, and they should be able to check stock at other Staples around you.

I went last week, and didn't ask, and saw the same thing, only the lower end Sony's were out on display.
