Received my XBA3ip from Best Buy today and all is well. I'm no stranger to the Sony outlet and refurbs there come in white boxes. The ones from BB came in retail box still sealed. Doesn't even say refurb anywhere. Look and sound fantastic thanks to the poster who suggested them.

Just to finish up my little adventure with my order from WayWal.com, which had the MH1C's for $22.00. I finally got them yesterday(took 3 weeks). And there is is no doubt they are legit. Sound almost as good as my TF10's. Never thought I'd actually get them. Let me tell you, I had e-mails returned as undeliverable, and the website looks totally different now, so it wasn't looking good. But, now I can vouch for them from personal experience. Although you have to be patient.
