Just got my MEElectronics Random P IEM's. Got the cheaper M16p's. I'm trying to decide whether I want to keep them as my first foray into the IEM scene or give them away as Christmas presents.... hmm...

First time putting your toes in the water of IEMs.........give-em away.
UNLESS, you are just going to judge whether you can live with something inside your ear canal.
IMHO it would not be a fair representation of sound (100%) and fit (I 'won' a pair too, won't open for myself and will not even give them away as I've given away better) for a good pair of IEMs.

Newegg has a bunch of Meelec earphones on sale for pretty cheap. I was looking for a pair to replace my broken cw31 and while I probably won't get any of these I figured someone else might! They all have free shipping and end 12/31 (except the m6 which ends 12/26). If anyone has used the N9 can you let me know how they would compare to the cw31 and m6? I've owned both in the past and wouldn't mind getting something in the same ballpark as far as sound quality goes.

M6 for 14.99 Promo Code emcjhhn79 (ends 12/26)
N9 for 12.99 Promo Code mee1220
N8 black for 7.99 Promo Code mee125
N8 white for 7.99 Promo Code mee12122
SX31 black 4.99 mee1211
SX31 white 4.99 mee1214
RX12 5.99 mee1210

If you bought it on black firday, it was 30% off, plus, you could got 7%cash back when checked out with your discover card, plus, you could land in this website on ebate or mrrabate and got 2% cash back. The total saving would be 39% off which was about $120. The final price would be$180, much cheaper than today's sale.

Maybe that should be their new slogan "Don't settle for less inaccurate headphones."   Wait, what?
To be fair, I've never had them on my own ears, just enjoying my morning cup of snark.

The SL150 is actually pretty decent. It's about at the level of the Beats Studio, which I think sounds good despite head-fi's contradictions.
