My last 2 earbuds were Nuforce NE-7M and Skullcandy 50/50s.. I like bass so I do prefer the low/mids for the music I listen to.  Any suggestions?

Found this on slickdeals.net:

50% SkullCandy Headphones and Products

Hey All, if you complete the SkullCandy survey via email they give you a code that allows you to take 50% off any item you order on their website. This code is only able to be used once per customer.

This code does not work with their MixMaster headphones, but should work with any other product on http://www.skullcandy.com This code will expire on May 8th, 2012.

The Code is TgyW5

I placed an order myself and it went through just fine.

With SkullCandy you cannot stack coupons, its a one and done deal.

Happy Shopping.

You can't stack coupons but they have several models that are already 25% off so you could get some ink'd ear buds for like $7.50

ARGH so close! i have M11's right now and i was torn between the CC51 and the A151's. I decided on CC51 because of their advertised "slight bass punch", and I figured that since i use then while lawnmowing i'd be needing the extra bass to combat the mower's hum. unfortunately these were 2 characters off from the perfect deal i was searching for. If I see the CC51 in the 30's i'd have to jump on it. Or anythign with a Creative EP-630 sort of sound, but something with MSRP closer to the 70-120 USD range instead of 20-30USD range (for durability and whatnot purposes). CC51 is meelec's flagship and I figured they would spend a great deal of time and effort making sure it was a darn good headphone so for 30-40 bucks im just itching to find them.

Un-lurkerfied newbie here, and I owned the Maximo iP-595 and tried my friend's S4 and didn't like the latter (highs are slightly sibilant and the bass is ridiculously overpowering).

The iP-595 is on the warmer side of things and the bass packs a decent punch, but not as tight (coming from RE-ZERO). One thing I must say though, is that the iP-595 may have build quality problems: I owned it and one side stopped working after a month or so, my friend took my replacement for half the price and that also dying after a month or so. It might be because we were rough on them, but the same friend's Razer Moray (yes lol, gaming gear) never broke, so I suspect it could be the iP-595's fault.

I never tried the S5 so I can't comment, but I think the iP-595 would suit the bill.

Anyone with more/different experience with either please enlighten me about them.

EDIT: If you're willing to wait, the Brainwavz M4 (w/ and w/o mic version) might go on sale again for $28.50 on Amazon, since it happened twice already. It has plenty of bass (for a treblehead like me) but is not overpowering. Just watch out for the driver flex =/.
