They sound OK. I prefer the sound of my skullcandy titans, and brainwavz m1 by a good margin. They also pale in comparison to my girlfriend's cx 300 II. That being said, I've been using them at the gym for over 2 years, and they are quite durable. They also isolate well with relatively minimal microphonics. Not bad for gym-use, sub-par for normal use (considering price). For $19, they are pretty good.
