set my alarm for 5 minutes before the sale, and sat at my computer with my mouse on "add to cart" until they became available.
lasted under a minute from what i remember.

I don't know if this is a deal. And I'm sorry if it's against the rules somehow. But here's some fake Beats Tours for £6.99 or ~$9.00 USD. Maybe someone could do a review on them? Or give them as a gag gift to a fellow Head-Fier.
 
Again, sorry if this is against the rules. And they will/should probably be reported to Monster but I think most people with a fair amount of common sense could put together that these are not authentic.

So sad... it was $200 this morning. Right when I was thinking about getting a pair.... oh well.

At that price they are a steal. I got my pair for $399.00 as well from amazon. Do they give you free shipping though? Amazon gave me free shipping.

i assume this is a steal as well.  i was thinking maybe the d2000 and they were apparently out of stock for a little while and looked at all the rest of their open box listings for maybe something else.  not sure i should spend this much yet..lol just bought open box srh750dj for my first real pair of headphones and wont even get them for at least a week yet.

Unless I end up upgrading to the D7000s if I can get a deal at some point and I could sell you my Denon 5000s . I'd have to buy a set of denon 7000 cups though to replace my modded 5000 cups. I think I'd want to take those over to even the Denon 7000s if I was to upgrade as I just love the open-back mod so much...
