Klipsch Image X10i dying - please suggest repair options
Thats an easy fix dude, get a new jack from neutrik and solder it yourself. If you really aren't comfortable doing it yourself, go to any electronics repair shop and they'll do it for you. Just call ahead and ask first. It may be the easiest task the repairman has to do all day, so I'm sure...- shinobi00

[Review] Brainwavz M4
I got my brainwavz m4 from the amazon sale last week. What a steal these were at 29.99. These have great depth and remind me of my for me HJE900s in that respect. Seriously these have a V-shaped sound signature just like the HJES, and they also share the same depth. Obviously these don't sound...- shinobi00

AMP Played Very Loud
Umm? What amp do you have? Does it have gain settings? if so use a gain setting of 1,2, or 0. By your post history you are using an iphone. Are you using line-out, or the headphone jack?- shinobi00

IE8 vs. Monster Turbine Pro Copper/Gold/MD for "Techno"
the fii0 e5 needs burn in. When you first get it, if you use the bass switch it barely does anything. My ears tell the truth. burn in is no myth. Amps for iems are good if you want to take advantage of line out which provides a better sound,- shinobi00

RE0 or HJE900 for rock?
The hjes are not shabby on soundstage width but they have very good depth. And they sound much better when burned in with poor recordings. ISome old school atheist sounds much better when foam modded and fully burned in. They are still aggressive and might be good paired with an amp with...- shinobi00

So I decided to get an amp for these things and wider soundstage, better mids, and better extension as well. There may be a tiny bit of hiss when nothing is playing(i think I'm crazy). Once the music comes on nothing,- shinobi00
