Have you read the Captain America comics? Steve Rogers is annoying and Evans does a very good job of capturing the self-righteous vibe that Cap carries around.

I haven't read it in quite some time.  But if you mean the uber boy scout thing he's got goin' on, yeah.  I mean, back during the whole Armor Wars thing, would it have been the worst thing in the world to just let Tony do his thing?  Jeez, thanks for the FREE SHIELD buddy, but I still gotta take you down for giving a **** about your technology and stuff.

Thanks for linking me in. I'm so happy for you; TwinQY. I don't particularly care much for Cheesecake. In times past, whenever I went to the Cheesecake Factory in MDR, I ordered

everything but!

You haven't tried mine yet!  I'll win you over yet!

Most cheesecakes try to wow people with their richness, so they'll use the fattiest cheese they can find.  I, um, disagree with that methodology.  That's why I use a 50/50 blend of cream cheese and Neufchatel (which has lower fat content and higher moisture).  If you think of typical cheesecake as Beats, then mine would be something more akin to Bose as it's just a little more refined.

Warren any garnishes that you might recommend for the cheesecake? The convenience store is open late today so I can drop by and pick some stuff up on the way to dinner.

Oops, was a bit late for this I guess.  Just between you and me, sliced almonds all around the side works wonders!

But, who

with suspicion... (damn Yankee!)

Still, I'd be honoured to have a moment of luxury with you. And would give it a try.

I make cheesecake by arranging slices of different extra sharp cheddars in a circle. It has a bright, sharp flavor without being too shrill. Think Beyerdynamic.

It was rather good. I was going to Skype you for details but (partly) the reason why I was making it (dinner party for a friend) came by and took full reins of the operation. I spent most of the preparation time waiting for the roast and on H-F :(

He has half to take back for himself, and we've finished the remaining quarter. Anyone interested in a picture of 1/4 of a cheesecake? Actually scratch that someone else might eat it.

We ran out of coffee beans so I sprinkled a ground coffee mix from Costco. Very sugoi.
