Both were fresh out of the box, and the former pair had ~10 hours before I gave them away. The latter as well. I also don't put enough credence into that sort of stuff to justify the level of difference.
 
Anyways getting pretty OT, anyone spring for those 150CAD Amperiors at Best Buy? Seems people got pretty hush-hush on here when the word on those came out. Did everyone secretly grab a pair so as to avoid competition?
