Wondering if there's been a deal recently for either the UM3X RC or SM3 v2? Seems like ~$340 is the cheapest for the UM3X RC and SM3 v2 has been constant at $350 (since I think only SoundEarphones sells them in the US). The UM3X RC is with 15% off at Earphone Solutions I believe. I think they do 20-25% off occasionally, maybe I'll wait for that.

Same here...

The only problem is that I find the tips to be of really poor quality. It looks like they come with the same tips as the M11+ that I own and those tips are really lame, they are way too pliable and do not block any noise. I have to use the Shure olives instead.

Well, I have the reverse opinion in this :p I think the tips with A161P(the ones that come with S6,m6,a151p) are the best in silicon flanges and the triple flanges included in them are awesome. They are the best stock tips Ive tried, shure olives doesnt isolate noise that much as Meelec tips do, they are the best isolating tips imo . BTW I have comply T-400, shure olives, sony hybrids and all of them are not as good as meelec tips in terms of isolation and bass response, I have been using a single pair of triple flanges for more than a year and they are still the way I first wore them, they are very much durable.
