Grrrr.....only thing stopping me is comfortability issues and I am pretty certain I would probably not like the sound signature too much. But I love a can built like a tank.

Can't pass that up.  Love my MDR-EX1000's, I think they sound fantastic, but they look like frankensteins   Here's hoping the XBA-4 sounds as good.
