Well, what happend next...Amazon Gold Box said "Sold Out." I clicked on the link anyway and checked the box for UE TF10, add to cart. So, I bought 2 sets of TF10's.

It's a company. Basically, you sign up an account at shiptoit.com and then they provide you with an U.S address. You use the address for your shipping needs, your headphones are then sent to their warehouse and they ship it to you.
