that's about how much they go for usually

HD201 usually go from $16 to $24. There is a large price swing.
 
$13 is a steal. They sound really good at low volumes, but can't handle high volume. They are also not very sensitive or easy to drive.

they're also available from electronics expo for the same price

LOL...I have never tried them amped, but i have no doubts they will improve greatly with a amp, 80-85 percent from a Ipod for a decent volume is way too much

For anyone thinking about this, take my word on it and don't do it. Either splurge for the S4 or wait for the S2 to go on sale for ~$20 again. Good deal but very icky-sounding earphones.
