Not sure if that graph is targeting 4k as a peak, but boosting 4k is the equivalent of boosting the area where bass meets lower mids, it just isn’t good for separation.
As such LAVRiCABLES is a custom cable manufacture which makes (and burns-in) your cable to order. In fact surprisingly this was my first experience with pure silver Litz configuration using only 5N. In result it really does have a sound (the sound of transparency and clarity), making the 10th Anniversary very paced, full of staging/clean and super detailed. More in the up coming review!
When ordering you can start with the basic cable which would be $293.30........and that gets you in the door as far as sonics go. You even have a choice of plug plating or an angled plug, to list a few of their options. My order came out to be $346.82 with options. Not only do LAVRiCABLES make IEM cables, they make cables for pretty much every full-size headphone made. Cheers!

I think it'll have a nice graph, but it's just interesting. It's a good target for sure that I'm interested in. Dip at 6k is big for me, also lower female poison at 1-2 or so. Very early, just interesting to share.
The reason i'm switching to wireless btr5 after previously using wired dongle dac like dragonfly red was my dongle dac manage to break my phone usb port. Not quite break break, charging and data transfer still can be done. But it cannot power up the dongle dac anymore.
Its a weird thing and while redmi note 5 is not the pinnacle of smarphone hardware.
I tried to replace the port,
But its still unable to boot up the dongle dac.
I used the dongle dac on several different phone and laptop, its still works fine.
The repairshop simply noted, maybe somehow the after continuous usage of dongle dac, now the phone power output got lowered and its low enough to make it unable to power the dac anymore.
Well its freak case, but for now, i mostly gonna use the wireless bluetooth and wired dongle only when there are no other options. (Btr5 battery ran out and my current phone didnt have 3.5mm jack)
Ey! Luckily I waited before ordering the previous version. Might need to save up for a while to buy this one. I’m eager to try to tune the ESS DAC myself with the supplied app.

I bought their previous E1DA 9038 series, and they were sterile and neutral but quite analytical.
Not my cup of tea for music appreciation as I prefer a bit more meat on the bones, but those dongles were useful for reviewing gear so as not to colour anything in the audio chain. They also got quite warm during usage too, but had good power on tap. They had a firmware mod to unlock some filters and there was a nice tube mode even, to make the sound a bit more thick.
Unfortunately I will probably give this a miss as I don't use 2.5 mm cables, but look forward to your impressions if you do get it.
