They likely (finally) achieve what Moondrop did a few year back with the Chu, or 7Hz with Zero. But I don’t understand the smug since their sibling/clone company CCA did an excellent job with CRA around that time as well. That was a nice IEM and excellent platform for modding.I kinda want to try them. I love the KZ confidence.
Anyone tried the KZ Krila? “Better than some 1000,- dollar IEM’s” KZ says, and all that for 21,- EURO
I ordered a pair but will take a couple of weeks to arrive… maybe I can quit saving money for the HiFiMan RE2000 Pro Silver![]()
Ballpark I think the Krila can perhaps compete with $40 - 50ish USD stuff, it has good tonality, decent technical chops, but the soundstage is quite small. No way can it beat MidFI gear, let alone $1000 TOTL level stuff.

Funny point ablut Krila is that that’s 矛盾 (spear and shield), if Krila is best with $1000 stuff, it shall beat the KZ’s own AS24

AS24 after figuring out how to properly zero-ing, it has very decent amount of technicality, thanks to 3D printed acoustic tubes. Now Kriral has to beat it’s big boss AS24

To think that CVJ managed to snag a partnership with KAEI.CVJ (sister company of TRN) has a new CVJ KUMO coming up.
No it isn't a pirated KIMA; even though they sound close in name, this KUMO is an 8 BA behemoth!!!! I know the marketing materials claim 16 BA, but it looks like they added both sides up to get this number.
CVJ is using a waifu too LOL! And this IEM has 4 tuning options and is a collab with KAEI?

Since the CVJ MEI, they managed to upped their game on tuning. They should abandoned the QDC-type 2-pin connector to be honest.

Are they really connected to Audiosense? The Floaudio
Bass V-shape sound. Good highs, ok mids. Interesting style![]()
I'm curious how does it compare to the Erlkonig, thats the only VE that I have tested so far. With VE Phonix, my impressions are closer to @o0genesis0o mids are bold and thick, they have linear low end like IER-M9 presentation of lower mids that give warmness to their mids, but you aren't wrong either, as my note with VE Phonix before, they have boosted fake resolution on high mids, so while they are bold and warm, they have boosted resolution that you said "Aggressive" at the same time, made the set having top notch resolution like Odin. With some odd BA timbre. Higher region also prone to sibilance. The soundstage and imaging are great, but nothing special for the price. Again, the price doesn't justify the value for me.

My Krilas are in transit and I can’t wait to start spittin’?
This whole post makes no sense.Heads up for anyone considering an Aur iem. I just canceled my Aurora order for taking too long and they charged me 8% in PayPal fees. The IEM wasn't even ever built. I've never had that happen before with the 50+ IEMs ice purchased. So, y'know, make sure you really want them before you buy and expect at least 2+ months to get it.
You say 'taking too long' without saying how long you've waited.
You say 'they charged me 8% in PayPal fees' - so who charged you (hint: PayPal might have).
You say 'I've never had that happen before' while not providing us with what you bought previously - IEMs that are pre-made won't need as much time to be sent.
You say 'expect at least 2+ months to get it' just for the sake of getting your moot and untrue point across.
Unbelievable. Meanwhile, I'm waiting on my AüR Aurora for about 3 weeks now and giving AüR Audio time to do their quality work
