While I can't argue on the site design, I can hurt for you, bro, not getting the 10th AE - it's magical.
Well, in all fairness, there's a lot of very good headphones out there. The RS8 are fantastic, the Light Harmonic Stella are great (the real ones, no the AE copies), etc., etc. I'm sure the 10th AE are good also, but Penon has lost me as a customer. That, and I hate waiting a month for stuff to arrive.

The 10th AE got to me in 5 days from the day I ordered it, with the free shipping option. By far the fastest I've ever gotten any product that I ordered from Asia.

It's been 18 days and counting and I'm still waiting for a cable I ordered from Null Audio, that I paid an extra $25 for FedEx International Priority. I think FedEx lost the package.

Not sure what your issue with Penon is, but they've been great in my experience so far. The ISN NEO 5 is taking longer to get to me compared to 10th AE though. Took them 5 days after the order to ship it out but at least it shipped.

Pounce!!!

OK, I will only argue this "pretty" "ergonomic"... it seems so many very expensive ones are neither.
No argument from me. My most expensive cable is uncomfortable and microphonic

Gotta give AliExpress some credit. From the recent Summer Sale, 7 of my 8 orders arrived today, 14 days after the first order.

In prior sales (including the last 11.11) I've gotten the impression that vendors were stockpiling customer orders, to then make their orders from AliBaBa or local manufacturers, near the end of the sale period.

Order 8 took only 11 days
The only order that got to me quickly was the Cayin RU6. Took 10 days from order to delivery. Everything else that I ordered during the 6/18 sale from Ali and Linsoul are still slowly being shipped.

They were supposed to ship me an Impact. They kept telling me it would ship next week. 3 weeks later I got tired of them lying to me.

Fixed that for you.

I have no insight into Linsoul‘s operations, beyond that of a former customer. I will say their customer support personnel are exemplary; but I think that’s because they get so much practice, with the amount of dissatisfied customers, that they have to assist.

To be fair, I don't expect fast shipping when customers don't pay for expediated shipping. They're not like Amazon / Prime and have no obligation to ship products fast. Though Ali did promise products bought from them during the 6/18 sale would get to customers within 15 days.

Amazing proliferation of Cirrus-based dongles, but for a good reason, they offer very capable, neutral, airy and power-efficient implementation. I am finally a convert from ESS.
A good price here as well, and from a reputable company.

On a related note, I finally put together my opinion on Tempotec BHD pro that is also Cirrus-based. Very good impressions overall, stood well in all comparisons. If the firmware promise is realized by Tempotec (and they do have the experience to do it), it can become a mighty versatile 6-in-1 dongle, now simply quite likeable with its first-offered gracefully warmer sound rendering.

The 10th AE is a revelation at its price, the closest to my, admittedly few, TOTL iems. As for order/shipping speed from Penon/ISN, this isn't true for me in California at all. From order to receipt is generally a week, more or less, and I've ordered a fair amount from them. Most recently the SR7 (another high performer) which took a week. Considering that's from Asia, I think it's pretty fast for free shipping.

Thinking of buying Tanchjim Space, is there any nitpicking things?

The ISN G4 bring vocals upfront, heck it brings everything up front and out. Gloriously out into stage positioning, now maybe some may notice the BA timbre with all the sheets and blankets pull-back, but I don’t seem to noice. Hybrids are my favorite way to go so….this sound I welcome. Just big, so huge staging and image-izanion. All fully natural to me?
DSC_0063.jpeg123.jpeg

The ISN G4 was absoululy made for the ISN Neo 5!

DSC_0057.jpeg1234.jpeg

The prettiest cable-add I’ve ever seen in my personal history? Not as authoritatively thick as the ISN G4 but a total add none the less. Noticeable is the bass curtailment and forward vocals, a slightly more reserved yet complete statement than the Graphene power of the G4. What wild energy of the graphene is replaced by a slightly more together playback. Still stage is huge, no wait, giant!

The Bass Cable:
Strange how the Neo 5 shows total contrast to the Vocal Cable and Bass Cable...............bigger stage and more like the G4, yet heavy and brisk at the same time. Bass Cable vocals are even better than the Vocal Cable offering a more separated and slightly toned down affair.

Probably G4 and Bass equal, though somehow I really like the Bass Cable and Neo 5, maybe the natural separation and fullness?

All in comparison to the included S8 that is no slouch. Really if you were short on cash just leave the ISN S8 on and be experiencing 90% of what the ISN Neo 5 does anyway.

Top to bottom, Penon Leo Plus, Penon OSG, ISN H2, Penon Bass, Penon Vocal, ISN S8, ISN G8, Penon Mix.
