They can't live up to the insane hype...
They really can, severely underrated considering that only a few people that have them.
Audio Technica M-50's are on sale for $110 on Amazon... And trust me...I know they are on sale cause I planned on buying them for christmas... but they were $140 then...and my dad said it was 20 bucks out of his "price range"......
I'd say that they are very good for the money, an excellent value for a set of headphones under $100. Can't do wrong.
But yeah, there's some hype that goes beyond that.
