I am in the minority - but I like my cx300 IIs more than the S4s, but I am new and may have a crappy ear for sound. My fav set up though is my Soundmagic PL30s with fiio amp (with bass boost) with rock boxed Fuze with bass and treble bumped up.

The IE8 get me most involved, that's what does it for me.

Explanation:
I like analytical phones that's why DBA-02 and Re0 are my tops.
I find the Superfi too warm sounding for my taste and lacks trebble. Philips is worse and I regret buying it.
Will be getting the Fischer audio eterna v.2 and Etymotic mc3 soon...hopefully ill enjoy them
