I am actually looking into getting the LZ A4s soon, for my X5iii, ive heard very good things about them.

Just picked up Aune B1 Class A portable amp to go along with the X5iii and PM3. Sounds even better than just straight through X5iii. Soundstage and details have stepped up. Im even more happy with the X5iii:L3000:

Anyone have 1more quad driver set? Was wondering how it paired with the X5iii.

Yes it is on high gain, I just would like additional bass on streaming apps(Spotify, Tidal).  Sound does still sound great, just want the best possible sound I can get 

Ok, so basically I should be fine with PM3 out of SE connection with no additional amp?

I have a question about a preference for the adding to the PM3.  I have the Fiio X5iii, and I don't know if I should pair it with an A5 amp to go along with it, or get a balanced cable(X5iii has both balanced and unbalanced ports)  What would be the best suggestion?  Thanks.

I've found that "dynamic system"in viper effects, can add some powerful bass, and it is free, check that out.

I recently purchased the wonderful pm3s. I play then through the new fiio X5iii, and it does sound wonderful. Only thing is I can't get much bass with that unit on the headphones even with adjusting the EQ, any recommendations to get a better\fuller sound?

does this work for Tidal as well?

would I be able to use this app to stream Tidal, and use the EQ of this app with Tidal?

as stated you can use filter settings across the whole device, but she all EQ settings/adjustments are limited to fiio music app. I used mostly Tidal and haven't found a way to EQ it. EQ apps(that control sound for all music apps on device, don't work for some reason) from Android store don't...

I am fairly new to this, and I see quite a few interested in connecting the A5 amplifier with their X5iii.  Is this best for more powerful headphones that would need more juice? or would there be a benefit on a fairly efficient headphone?( I have Oppo PM3).  Im looking to picking up a X5iii...
