AD900 - A subbjective story with a detailed review
Yeah. I'm been planning to try it out for a while now, but I'm too lazy to go down to the hardware store. @KT: Oh ok. Yeah, you do kinda get used to the protruding drivers. Took me a while to find the right spot too.- ExtraNice

AD900 - A subbjective story with a detailed review
I'm surprised somebody hasnt bought this up: KT88, try the "phat pad mod" on your AD900s. http://members.cox.net/yrogerg/headphones/phatpads.pdf Apparently it helps a lot for the comfort problems you seem to have. Some people say it doesn't effect the SQ, some say it does. So you...- ExtraNice

Are these fake?
http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f103/a...-fakes-417148/ maybe you could use that as a reference point. It's for the ES7's, but I'm sure the ES9's would have some similar features such as the recycled logo.- ExtraNice

The ATH-AD900 Thread
really? =/ I live in Australia. The government makes an absolute killing off taxes. Maybe they charge more taxes on Senn cans than they do ATH cans. If the HD600s were the same price as the AD900s, I would have snapped up a pair.- ExtraNice

Help on Audio Technica!
For the price of the M50, you could snag a AD900. Get the AD900. It's very versatile. Quick, snappy bass that doesn't overwhelm, and fantastic mids and highs. Great for rap, pop, classical. I'm sure it would outperform the A700, M50, PRO700 any day.- ExtraNice

YESH! I love my AD900s. Quote: Or it's for that much money get the HD600 and so on... Mmm... not sure about where you live but the AD900s costs no where near the price of the HD600s. HD600s cost about $200 more. Probably the taxes...- ExtraNice

Help on Audio Technica!
Mmm... for classical music definitely the AD700. But since you also like bass and games... it makes it harder to decide. The A700s definitely have more bass, and that would make gun shots, explosions in games more exciting. However the AD700 have a better soundstage which would mean...- ExtraNice
