Sony A818 or Cowon iAudio 7
I just bought then new Sony NWZ-S616F (similar to A818) and comparing it to Meizu M6 and Iaudio U3 I had ... Sony has that awsome soundstage. BUTTTTTTT, it is not loud enough. Need BASSY headphones recommendations for Meizu M6
M5 will be lil bit over budget. As for PX100, I found Koss Porta Pros better in terms of SQ to my ears IMO. Any recommendations for ear-buds or IEMs ?- mr_a

iAudio U3 compared to iAudio 7 SQ
I just rcvd Meizu M6 and I had U3 for while. To b honest I still liked the SQ on U3. On same songs, same head phone ... U3 had more powerful and controlled bass and louder volume. That doesnt mean that Meizu M6 is bad, I just had it for a couple of days now and I m still auditioning it.- mr_a

Meizu M6 + Shure e2c a good overall combo?
Shures, weston, UE are really high end IEMs. I would suggest looking into options like Sienhier CX300 o- V-Moda Vibe or BassFreq. Those kind of IEMs are well below 100 price tag but are really bang for the buck.- mr_a

is cowon's SQ bad?
I have heard Iaudio U3, IMO many many MP3 players that I tried like Sony, Ipod, creative and Iaudio has similar sound signature with a very less noticable difference. Its just that in most of Iaudio series players, the sound can be tweaked alot. Once you are used to tweaked sound .. the flat...- mr_a
