Really excited for this GH2.  Can't wait to hear tons of impressions.

I can tell you for a fact.  My modded T50RP MK II's, scale up and perform, to my ears, on par with the HE400i's, 560's and 500's.

I've got and use K7xx right now, would the HE400i be worth the purchase at $250 new?  As a direct upgrade from the K7xx.  These cyber deals are insane.

If these can be mid-forward, tight bass, and smoothed highs with a decent soundstage and just enough detail- they'll be winners in my book.

How is the GH-1 + G-Cush for Classical?

So, how does the DT1990 compare against the HE400i? I have to imagine they're a joy for classical music!

So, DT1990 vs HE400i - classical and metal.  That's pretty much the only things I listen to now.  Also open to other suggestions, preferably open backs!

Monoprice is such an interesting company.  They always seem to surprise, and they actually do some great quality for great pricing.  I hope these are a home run!

How is the Ether C in terms of overall comfort when compared to your HE560?  As well as breath ability, like, warmth and the pads?

So, for anyone that has had experience with the RS2e, how is the sound quality of the RS2e with G-Cush?  Does it alter the sound for the worse, negligible, or make it better?

Also!  Has anyone gotten the Purplehearts and standard TH-X00 side by side and had a listen?  I'm very curious!  Also curious on their comparisons to headphones like the DT1770, Ether C, or ZMF's.  Any information is met with plentiful thanks!

From what I understand the M9xx has the better Dac, a much better Dac, but the Magni 2U is a stronger Amp.  The m9xx is an all together package, a small form factor, and a very awesome display / multi-functional knob with built in DSD.  So, the M9xx is the overall better package, but not always...

When you get those Ether's, tell me how they are in comparison?  Those are the three main closed back headphones I have been interested in.  ^_^
