You only have to try to use it, and the app will give you the choice to test it for 3 minutes, or to buy it:

Sorry, the message in the screenshot is in Spanish...

Just remember that Toneboosters EQ and Toneboosters Morphit are separate purchases.

What does morphit do?

What does morphit do?

It has eq profiles for various headphones so you can eq to a target response. For example you can make a Ety ER4 sound like a Shure SE846 (using eq). It also has Harman targets if that's your preference. Unfortunately it doesn't have a huge database so YMMV. I could check for you if you have a specific IEM in mind.

I just took a look. The only set I have in the list are the Grado 325, so I tried a Harman curve, no difference, so something wasn't working. All within the 90s timer too.

It works on my DAPs, but I honestly don't use it often. Just for fun I'm currently EQing my Ety ER4XR to the Harmon IE target. Very noticeable difference. Not sure I like it.

I've already made my own harman curves for my Hemps and Yamahas. The trick is to keep it set like that for a few days for your brain to adjust, and then see if the sound is still enthralling when you first fire them up.

Hi. Just purchased a iBasso DX240 with the AMP 8 module and UAPP doesn't seem to support this device when using the hires driver.

Using the Android driver works fine but obviously with the Android sound sub system constraints.

Any idea when this DAP/DAC will be added to the supported list for UAPP so we can use it with the hires drivers to get bit perfect playback?

Hey all, i recently purchased a dongle from geekria with a cs43131 chip. I have been able to playback dsd with other devices using this same chip, but for some reason this device will only playback pcm. Idk if its the new android 11 firmware or if i messed up my settings or something. Any suggestions would be appreciated, cuz I've tried everything i can think of 😮‍💨

P.S. I'm using a galaxy s21 5g and have tested tracks from tidal and qobuz as well as 16-, 24-, and 32-bit flac files and a few wav. Most of which have been played at dsd256 on previous cs43131 devices.

try using android driver and set variable bitrate

Re bit rate- I’ve found EQ won’t work if bitperfect is ‘on’ but bitperfect too is often not playing greater that 44khz (it’s a bit variable) - but I have an R8 and systemwide MSEB so it’s ok for me.

Not a bitperfect.
Settings->Android audio->Android sample rate->Variable rate
With these settings, the uapp does not change the audio stream and the dx240 accepts the data as is. Such resampling, as in regular android phones, does not occur.

Anyone having issues with UAPP stopping playback when screen turns off? Seems to be an issue with Android 12

That's not happening on my phone, but you can prevent your screen from turning off in UAPP settings > User interface > Always keep screen on.
