we will design some paper in the future so people can paste on X5, something like this

Will it be custom designed and pasted on? Meaning can we upload our own images and then have it printed by you guys and shipped to us?

Also, will the 'paper' affect the scroll wheel ability of the X5?

If the graphic can be customized and is under $20. I'll order one right away.

the paper will not affect the scroll wheel, in fact, it make the wheel feel better. BTW, not sure whether we can support customized design cause there are minimum quantity requirement for each design.

yes, we have a plan to supports our end customer directly because some project is not easy to do with our distributor and sales agents, like E12DIY, HS2 and other non-profit project, just for fun. of course, it will help the sales of our other products.

Will FiiO offer instructions, dimensions, and other helpful information about the type of 'paper' you are using so that others may try to make customized skins?

James, how about technical information such as output impedance and power rating? I could locate any of these data so far on X3 and X5, these are useful reference to current users when they are planning hor new IEM/cans, as well as potential buyers.

I have seen figures like these from AK, Sony and ecen the forthcoming Calyx M, the X3 and X5 has gone thus far already. i know the figure should be reputable as you did mentioned X3 is rated at 500+mw@16ohm previously.

I hope you can give this some thought when you are planning the intetnational launch.
