sony m9 how? warm too? many said itiis neutral??? also S8 maybe? S8 neutral but boomy?bassy? fx15 https://www.androidbrick.com/fiio-fx15/
Neutral is a subjective thing. If you don't like Meze Rai Penta type of bass, there is the chance that you won't like M9 and Andromeda also, even though their fast BA bass produces less bass air than DD from Meze Rai Penta and shouldn't sound boomy. But it is all subjective.
If you like more Planar type of bass and don't want a lot of bass, I still recommend looking to full BA IEM.
Dunu SA6 MK1/MK2 could be a good recommendation, but I personally haven't tried it yet. Some reviews' FR shows that bass may be slightly thumpy.
Take a look at the Softears STUDIO 4. It could be what you are looking for.
Hybrids Mid-fi starting from 400-500 USD, also has a good bass speed and texture. However, I don't know much about them with neutral tuning.

Too warm. You have been hunting for neutral, so you should look for something with flat line between 250 and 1kHz
airpods pro neutral sounds, but curve shows bump on 250-1khz

Sony M9 is warm neutral. Might not be your cup of tea as such.

I was thinking we should have a deal thread. Where people can post links to iem on sale either from AE, or some other website or is it against the rules?

There is a big Headfi deals thread here: https://www.head-fi.org/threads/the-deals-discussion-thread-read-the-first-post.692119/

Mate, u are missing the idea of neutral.

Neutral is not flat, is something near to harman.

IEF neutral is other history.

meze rai penta warm neutral too, i think. from meze i need more highs.
As your ear gain type is Ety curve, with warm bass (for Penta Rhai, it’s BA bass, so I’d subtract 5db for DD bass target), you should not name it “neutral” when looking for an IEM. Most of us would not call Ety curve a neutral one, it’s clearly vocal emphasized one.

So instead of looking neutral,
Look for
-15db of 2.5khz pinna gain or ear gain peak
-warm bass preferably with DD
may be the shortest way.

i think for fx15 to order?🤔
It has 2.5khz 15db ish peak, with somehow harman style bass, you may need more ear gain levels but a good candidate.

Airpods pro changes its sound signature depending on its volume. With less than 45-50%, it has a neutral signature. Increasing volume adds more upper mids and warmth.

In graph looks good. But in reality, it could depend on the fit and ear tips material. Try to play around first with a budget IEM to figure out what kind of signature work best for you.
