My VE Venture Electronics MegaPack has arrived
Only tried the Zen 3.0 buds so far, paired with A90D they sound very good from get go. Going to burn them in for a long while, also going to test the rest also later.
Airy sound, more body than what I believed where possible in a earbud.

This gentleman’s opinion is not necessarily representative of reader responses to your post @nraymondThis isn't the place for these types of posts or for your attempt at placating or rationalizing the arguments. This is NOT a thread for caustic discussions or arguments or debates or drama. This is a thread for sharing discoveries, reviews, and spotlighting audio technologies both new and old. So please try and refrain from long winded diatribes as an apologist. Want to do these things? I'm sure there's plenty of watercooler type threads here where you can get your debate and argument kicks and feel refreshed about it afterwards?

Going to take the plunge and test it out for us?Wow!! Penon did it with amazing pricing
I was not interested for Sound Rhyme’s official AE that they set a highball on SR8 (14BA 2 switches) for over $1k.
That SR8 surely is lowest priced flagship grade Sonion/Knowles packed 14BA.
here is FR of SR8(?) provided by @Asakurai

My wallet can not take this, I am filling up my piggy bank for a TOTL release we both are probably going to getYou should hear how the Zen Lite and LL sound. VE is the top of the game when it comes to earbuds.

But on a serious note, the VE ZEN 3.0 is very very good. V shape but still great mids, bass that has fulness and impact, treble detailed and also slightly forward.
Soundstage is deep, don't have anything to compare with since this is my first earbud except for some cheap stuff I have lying around.
Need to play around with the adapters also, I know bass is affected by impedance adapters. Does it affect something else also?
Also time for some serious burn in period.

The zen looks nice (is it the zen with the copper cable?) i have the VE Master that comes with megatron in the bundle. Looks superb and sounds quite nice, though it lacks the bass extension of FiiO’s buds.My VE Venture Electronics MegaPack has arrived

Does someone have to tell you themselves everything? Are we not able to surmise based on factors? Or are you someone that's gotta be spoonfed from the source? Oh yeah...that's called a fanboy! I'm sure both of them appreciate your white knightism and would pat you on the back personally for your actions. Carry on!Did “they” tell you this themselves. Or is this supposition on your part? Or that you’re entitled to believe in burn in, in the same way they may not?!
I bought two at once. Last time I did this, with the Dunu S&S, I lost that bet. They are too small even on large, but with these, they are getting such good reviews, and so cheap, I decided just to order two sets at the same time.Did you order the two sets separately? I have one set and wanted to order more, because they sound great with Tri I3 Pro, but the shipping cost setup is quite strange at least for me.
If I order 1 set, I pay € 2.57 extra for shipping. For 2 sets it's € 9.84 !
Normally you pay less shipping for larger quantities.
No. This isn't a place for caustic discussions. Sorry bud. Your post is about allowing debate and negativity, so your words are all mixed up. Discovery thread yes. Opinion thread NO. So please re-read your post and response.I disagree because this is the discovery thread, not the opinion thread. You could go create an audio opinion thread and then police that to prevent rational discussions and consensus though. One of the values of this thread is understanding what has been discovered and having discussions about them with people who might not agree.
LCP? @AmericanSpirit 's ears just perked up and are ringing! LOLKevlar is the most well-known brand of LCP.

If they can achieve the sound of the Ling Long in a more ergonomic form along with some refinement up top, and it's a killer?KZ DF-I

ok, KZ is moving from driver counts war into tuning switches counts war.
I guess the mentality of more is more still there.

Brings back memories. Back in 2016, I was working for Walmart (yuck!!!) and I ended up ordering two sets of the Monks. First buds I bought in about 8 years or so? I was an earbuds guy before IEMs, and was never much of a headphone guy. I used Sony, Sennheiser, and my faves were these metal Kenwood buds that I had for several years that sounded spectacular to my ears then (think early 90's to mid 90's). I enjoyed the portability of the Monks, but I ended up giving one set away to a co-worker who lost their buds, and eventually my son stole the other set and then lost them too.My VE Venture Electronics MegaPack has arrived

Speaking of which, they are out for delivery, along with some N5005 cable adapters, The NiceHCK Black Cat and Black Soul cable, Letshuoer Chimera , KBear Hazy, along with a Tripowin Zoe and Noire I got during the last sale. So lots of cables today. LOL No IEMs.I bought two at once. Last time I did this, with the Dunu S&S, I lost that bet. EA500 update: Good news, RHA T series, FiiO FD series and Dunu Falcon Pro nozzles are compatible with the EA500.
I have tried the RHA bass and reference ones so far and while the former was fun for a little while, it was way too bassy with it for me for long term use, the reference one seems to give me just the balance I like, maybe still a tad too warm. Too bad these nozzles aren't available for purchase anymore. Will try the other ones in the coming days.
I guess we might never know whether the Hibiscus cable changes the sound or not.

New case, new shell shape, added candy tips and different tuning. Not really an upgrade for Ultra and SA6 owners.Looks like SA6 MKII is coming very soon:

I don't think anyone expects the MKII to be an upgrade to both SA6 versions.New case, new shell shape, added candy tips and different tuning. Not really an upgrade for Ultra and SA6 owners.
That's where the SA10 comes into play.

Careful my friend. If this keeps up we may find you wearing this collar in addition to all those fine cables....
