My 2 cents on the KZ SYMPHONY.
They ring in my ears quite detailed, with
powerful and impactful bass (lots of bumping),
but…
The upper mids sound muddy, ringy (with hints of sibilance).
The performance on voices is discreet.
Overall they sound rather bright, with a markedly planar, rather unnatural timbre.
In my opinion they are only good for certain music, like this:
With rock and metal they didn't impress me, nor with
classic music.
The shells are quite large, so not the best in comfort.
Regarding driveability, I'm not saying they are easy to drive, they certainly require power (in this respect they are similar to the KZ PR2), but compared to the TIN-HIFI P2 they are 'easy'.

I thought you put a red circle around the volume indicator to emphasise, but it turns out the amp already does that for you

It's a technical plus included in the price.

I am really liking the tuning of the new Letshuoer Cadenza 4 the Bass slam and texture is fantastic right up my alley.
Rumors are $250ish and if so they are going to sell a boatload!

I agree with you! It really seems to me to be a very accurate tuning.I am really liking the tuning of the new Letshuoer Cadenza 4 the Bass slam and texture is fantastic right up my alley.

It feels like there is a universally “okay” sound signature, and everyone eventually converges around that, with some personal/house sound touches. Only very few dares to be odds (or don’t know otherwise)

If an IEM is closed to P8/SA6II (aka QDC-like), we know that TDM monk would hate it with passionMk 3 and P8 both close
Had some great hours listening to jazz and soul today with Kinera Verdandi, very holographic and slightly intimate soundstage. Gives Verdandi an romantic presentation on some music, female Vocals on soul is beautiful and engaging.
The tactile feel of the BC is addictive, not overdone. But changing over to a set without it makes me miss it in the bass.
Require quite deep fit for me to get the best sound out of Verdandi, without some of the BC effect is less noticable and sound overall is brighter.

Please do not apologize for having a point of viewYou make me sound as a KZ hater and that's not the case at all. I just appreciate good tunings and value and the Symphony is neither of those.

So, I'm about to pull the trigger on the Dunu Zenu Pros as I'm able to get them at a pretty discounted price. Any reasons why I shouldn't/should be looking at a more recent comparable set?Hi all. I'm toying with the idea of picking up a set of Dunu Zen Pros but they've been out for a while and wondering if there are more recent products that I should be considering or if they're worth the investment. Any words of advice appreciated ...

Nah, if one can get Zen Pro, one gets Zen Pro. Unless you are uncomfortable with upper midrange emphasis and more rolled off upper treble. So, I'm about to pull the trigger on the Dunu Zenu Pros as I'm able to get them at a pretty discounted price.
