It is a pity that shipping to Australia is more expensive then the headphone itself. :frowning2:

solution: group buy, and buy lots. Works for me

All amazon.co.uk so this does not really apply to Americans

Sennheiser HD650 £299.13
ir

£ 255 / 320 € + shipping on dv247.com. BUT I'm still waiting for a really nice price drop! :p

Still, they only ship to EU. If you want your order to be shipped overseas you have to contact their Birmingham physical store (idk if they ship to US).

Noticed a sale going on when I randomly decided to brows the Eddie Current site.
This month they are having a 'Black Friday Sale' on the Eddie Current Super 7 Amp:

Down from $1650 to $1500 for the sale's duration.

Group buy on the Matrix M-Stage Headphone Amp

http://massdrop.com/matrix-headphone-amp

You've gotta make an account but damn $165 if 15+ people get in or commit, nuts. I've never seen it for that low, even used.

Eddie Current sales after first runs are really rare.  If I didn't already have the BA I would definitely jump on that (I actually still might get one.)

Damn, if it gets to $165 I'm in for one.

What's the difference between commit to buy and but it?

Committing to a buy means that you only purchase it if enough people sign up to get it to the lowest price drop. I already committed so that means only 14 more need to commit/but for me to get the amp at  $165.

Anyone know what the vender is? Is it Tam Audio?

I've bought from massdrop in the past and they usually work directly with the manufacturer. Is there a big diffrence if it comes from Tam or direct from Matrix?

Do any of the headphone retailers (like Moon or Headroom) participate in Black Friday by offering coupons or deals ?
