Stand AND the shorter 1.3m cable (along with the 3m one as well).  So it is a good deal for the HM5.

You can also get the black version of the DT 235 for $34 through Amazon Warehouse Deals. Most people find the white version to be particularly ugly but I actually like them.
 
The sound quality of these 235s has absolutely blown me away. For the price they are hard, if not impossible, to beat. A < $40 headphone with a decently wide soundstage and no glaring deficiencies?? I would have thought it impossible.
