Okay, scratch that. The company seems to operate out of some virtual office, and charges a mysterious 20% duty on purchases.

The operating hours are bizarre enough to start throwing up some questions.

Steer clear like the plague from Outback Photo it sounds like a scam people. Thanks a_rec, I was giving some very serious thought to grabbing those D5000's. What got me wondering whether they were legit or not was the fact I've run across enough peoples posts from Oz and I've never heard anyone ever mention Outback Photo until now.

Denon AH-D1100
$89.92 + $9.99 shipping at Electronics Expo.
Need to use the coupon code "TECHBARGINS2012".

This type of sale has been on and off for months now.

DigitalFreak you can pick up the D5000's from amazon.com instead, 18 left in stock.

If they don't ship to Canada you can use a U.S. forwarding service like http://www.viaddress.com/, though I haven't used that one personally.

Edit:  Thanks for the research a_recording.

I had been looking for 2 PS Audio Solist wall outlets for several months, to no avail. The few I managed to find on ebay or audiogon were selling for $150-$200+.

After doing some research, I found out that the since discontinued Soloists are, in fact, still being manufactured by PS Audio, however they are being sold under a different name, Ethereal.

I ordered two of them from here, for a fraction of the price that the original Soloists sold for -- http://www.accessories4less.com/index.php?page=item&id=ETHESO1&extra=a%3A2%3A{i%3A0%3Bs%3A40%3A%2203823345592a403b2f4a37a59384e7ab28f02be1%22%3Bi%3A1%3BN%3B}

Cheap and simple tweak!

OK...but what does this have to do with full size headphones?

It probably should be posted in another part of the forum.

I just did a search for 'Deals,' as I vaguely recalled there was such a thread. I didn't realize what section it was in till after I posted it. Mods, feel free to move/delete if necessary.

^^^dont worry about it this thread is more about general deals having to do with audio (Amps/DACs/Fullsize/IEMs have been ok as long as Ive been here). I for one rather see that NEW deal than a hundred repeats anyway. Pretty good deal on LIKE new K550 $199 3rd party Amazon http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B006IBILRO/ref=wl_it_of_o_pC_S?ie=UTF8&colid=12RLJBE3I55OZ&coliid=I33AF2G1G1M4V&condition=all

Perhaps you are unaware that the Portable Headphones, Earphones and EIM Section has their own deals thread--just to mention one.

Not aiming any darts at a someone trying to help the community by posting a deal, but wall power sockets are a bit far a field from full sized headphones.

I attached two wall sockets to a headband and wore them over my ears. Not quite the Grado sound, but AC/DC sounded amazing!
