Jaycar says they're just generic OEMs. Their OEM manufacturer is certainly Yoga. Brainwavz does the same thing by rebranding Yoga (Their HM3 and HM5 are both rebrands directly from Yoga.) We know that the Brainwavz HM5 sounds the same as the FA-003. Logically, the Jaycar headphones should sound exactly the same.

I'll wait for someone to confirm this. That's quite the price difference... :basshead:

Well, they go for around $200-$260 (currently $260 at AccesoryJack.com). It looks like Sony has already discontiued them, in the US at least, so they're becoming somewhat rare I guess.

Well I got the ones from Jay car and they sound the same as the fischer fa 003,I need to run more tests still and put in a proper burn in but I think there just non branded versions.
