it looks the same but sound quality and the pads are different from what i hear. besides the brainwavz are cheaper snatch them up this price wont last.

This is a great price, but shipping at $8.80 kinda kills it. However, it looks like the shipping rate is flat up to 10 of these and then increases nominally beyond that.
 
Anyone in the L.A. area want to pool up to buy for a few of these and spread out the shipping costs?

HH10's @ $10.69 + $8.80 shipping is not much of a deal, as they are $13.27 + $6.50 shipping (not including taxes) from Sennheiser.
the 3rd party seller on amazon just increased these a few dollars to $24.99 shipped though.
 
seems like you have the right idea group buying these in bulk to get the most discount, but that seems like quite a hassle to save ~$25 collectively.
i have a bunch of these, and really like them.
