No I am not kidding.  It has to do with Minimum Advertised Pricing - ie what a manufacturer will "allow" distributors to advertise their products at.  Calling in skirts around the issue of it being a publicly advertised price.
 
Last time I called into JR was for some D7000's two years ago.  I can't confirm myself that the $210 price is accurate, but I have seen it mentioned around there recently.  If it is available, it is certainly only a call-in price.  I don't know JR's deal with Canadian customers by the way.

I know deal requests are not popular but I am a bit stuck. I was told m audio q40 can be had for 90 but I cant sem to find where. The best deal I can find is 120 tried an offer on ebay and was told the same price.

Make sure you turn on the 3rd Party New button, since it's often sold by Creative.

+ RazorDogDeals, does some good deals if you negotiate with him (Brian) through e-mail.  People have gotten the HD600 for 300 dollars after negotiating these past 3-4 weeks.
