Woah. Must be an error. It's still $119 on the Micca webstore, one of Amazon's distributors.

Amazon probably got the E6 and E9 pricing mixed. I would not order this at this price, since it Micca which is a small business we need to support and this might hurt them financially.

Is this useful to hook up to your computer or will I still need a good soundcard?

I think they may have the details of the E9 mixed up with Fiio's D3 converter.  I am seeing some picture of it mixed in with photos of the E9.
 
But...this is the season of good deals...so who knows?  I jumped on it.
