Last black friday HD600s were around $260 new from amazon, for about 20minutes. You may want to hold out until then.

There is a restriction with Sennheiser's and Grado's etc shipping from Amazon.com to Canada, when you add the item to your cart you'll get "We are not able to ship this item to your default shipping address." Nothing wrong with my address, it's a manufacturer restriction.
 
If there is a Black Friday deal on Amazon.ca then that would be your best bet as they will ship them.
