They are sold "as-is" so it's unlikely their return policy will apply but you can call and ask though. This is no doubt a great price but just know the disclaimers.

I've contacted them before about these HD650 and they said they were new. But yeah, its riskier than buying authorized.

The site is totally fake. The Verisign and McAfee Secure pictures don't link anywhere and those prices are ridiculous. You can always try the livechat option to ask them some questions, see how they respond (top right).
