Based on your list, you might want to give Elysian Annihilator a whirl.

...
Also graphs are good to a point, but they are not definitive about bass that is for sure, based on quantity.
... what size eartips did you use and how far in did the IEMs fit?

Graphs are certainly good for defining quantity, for the particular fit and "ear canal" that they represent. Perhaps your fit situation deviated much from that.

Since 15 years ago I only get custom IEMs, so my rankings below are all CIEMs. As customs can change the sound compared to universals, keep that in mind:

1) Empire Ears Odin

2) 64Audio a12t

3) Sound Rhyme DTE 900

4) PEARs 3
4) Theiaudio Monarch I

5) UM MEST II

6) CraftEars Aurum

I listen to a wide range of music, including rock, classical, jazz, EDM. The Odin is my top because it does well across most genres. That said, 64Audio is the best at vocals as it captures the timbre better for both male and female voices, and is an all around great IEM, just less fun due to weaker bass than the tri-brids, so I put it at #2 even though it bests Odin in vocals. The DTE900 I found because of this thread and I think is an incredible bargain. Very fun, usable across most genres, but a bit less accurate in vocals. The PEARS is another good deal, fairly neutral but generally less fun. The Monarch I lost but did own it at some time as MEST and Aurum and I preferred it to them. The MEST lower ranking is due to odd mid-range, though its sound changes the most of the IEMs when I press down so it might be a worse fit. The Aurum was OK but generally a disappointment compared to the other tribrids for sure

It's crazy that the Jerry Harvey JH13 and further versions of the Freq Phase and V2 used to be top dog and customs molds were the only way to go if you were a true audiophile. I don't even know how I would rate my JH13FP at this point. I was amazed by them when I first got them, now, my Andromedas blow them away, among many others in my stable.

Anyone else able to rank their OG's? People still like the UE Capitol Records Reference Monitor (V1), but I think it is slipping in time also. I feel like the use of both of those (JH13/JH16 Live performance, UERM production) just has been surpassed by other IEM's.

I know my CIEM JH13FP isn't as good as say - the MoonDrop Blessing 2 that is 1/3rd the price. I need to figure out my own personal ranking. Tough when I love each differently.

Update ranking (I think it's the fifth).

My current headphones that I own are.

Noble KK
Sennheiser IE600
ISN Est 50

These days I am also trying out the Fir E12/E10 which I will be ranking shortly

1 Noble Audio Kublai Khann
(To date the best ever, superb, detailed, balanced, an absolute delight.
It surpasses my beloved Indigo)

2 Unique Melody Mest Indigo

3 64 Audio U12T
( Some call it boring, but it is an excellent all-rounder with everything.
Very high level even after several years)

4 Noble Audio Sultan
Really good-sounding headphones and very underrated by critics.
Put with the right cable and tips can give a lot of satisfaction

5 Sennheiser IE600
Some time ago I had sold them but couldn't stay without them.
I love their dynamic and slightly V-shaped sound.
I find them almost unbeatable for listening to metal.
Then for outdoor listening they are the best to date for me

6 Isn Est50
Impressive value for money.
Really fun sound but still balanced.
They have a really devastating sub bass , but still does not invade the other frequencies.

7 Oriolus Szalayi
Really fun headphones, perhaps the most fun headphones heard to date.
One of the best sub basses heard to date.
They're headphones that I think are very personal in taste and still have to be paired with the right cable and tips to make them sound their best

8 EE Legend X SE
(The most fun and devastating headphones I have ever heard.
For me it improves a lot over the Legend X.
You have to find the right cable and the right tips then it becomes devastating not for all genres of music but very high level).

9 64 Audio Tia Trio'
(I had listened to it all in one go.
In my opinion with the right cable and the right spikes it could climb the charts and not by a small margin)

10 Sennheiser Ie900
Great sound but I prefer the IE600 younger sisters which I find better in the midrange frequencies.

11 Aroma Thunder
Sounds great, potentially superior to the Sultan but I would have to look for another cable (to open it up slightly on the mid-highs) and prefer to try something else.

12 Faaudio Dark Sky.

13 EE Legend X.

14 Mmr Thummin
Technically impressive holographic sound of the highest order.
Superb design and materials. Has
too dark a sound setting for me.
A matter of taste)

15 Campfire Andromeda

16 Oriveti OV8001

17 Penon Serial
Great value for money piece but not my cup of tea

18 Campfire Dorado 2020
19 Shure 846
20 Audiofly Af1120
21 Etymotic Er4 Xr

22 Ultimate Ears Triple.fi 10
23 Ultimate Ears Ue900s
24 Westone W60
25 Sennheiser ie 800
26 Imr Acoustics R1 Zenith

I still have the out-of-print Sony truewireless that I continue to adore and listen to like bread.

What could be an upgrade for my beloved Noble KK?
I have read good impressions of the new Noble Onyx ,but for the moment they remain too expensive for my wallet.
I wanted to look for something on used maximum 2k euros.
Mine for now would just be an idea ,since with Noble KK I have found peace, however in this world you are never quiet 🤷

IER-M9 is simply the king. If you dig that type of sound signature which of course not every audiophile loves, there is still nothing like it in the market.

Totally agree, the M9 is the best of its kind. It needs time and experience to be able to fully appreciate it but once you understand it, its vert hard to ignore the IEM, it doesn't excel in any particular area but it does everything so on point that others just sound a bit off here and there.

The M9 also holds the first position in my heart, I prefer it to the Z1R, U12T, VE Phoenix, JH Layla Aion, JH Contour XO, Andromeda 2020,...
